How is the 3PLY Earloop mask made?

The 3PLY Earloop Protective Mask is made up of three layers: an outer coverstock, a middle filter medium, and an inner coverstock. The outer layer is made from 20 gsm spun bonded polypropylene non-woven fabric and the inner layer is made from 25gsm spun bonded polypropylene. Between the two layers is a white 25gsm filter medium.

The filter medium is specifically designed to protect against particles and droplets in the air. The elasticated loops are made from polypropylene and are covered in plastic to make them durable and easy to clean.
